The Québec Federation of Real Estate Boards is a non-profit organization that oversees the 12 real estate boards in the province of Québec. It was created in 1994 following the enactment of the Real Estate Brokerage Act.

The QFREB’s Mission

To support Québec’s real estate boards in order to defend, protect and promote the interests of real estate brokers through the provision of services in the areas of professional practices, public affairs and market analysis. The QFREB is guided by an approach that is centred on collaboration and resource sharing.

The QFREB’s Vision

Be the authority on real estate brokerage in Québec by acting as an essential point of reference for the real estate boards, their members, decision-makers and the general public, within a prosperous and sustainable industry.
